Jenny Hobbs

Certified Residential Appraiser, IA and IL

For almost twenty years, Jenny has been involved in the financial and real estate market. Graduating with a degree in Economics from Saint Ambrose University, she interned for the City of Davenport in economic development and with a real estate law firm. She then worked her way up at a multinational financial services company, becoming a branch manager before turning to her love of real estate. For over 20 years she has worked in varying fields in real estate: certified real estate appraiser (15 years), realtor sales license (5 years), and sold real estate at a top financial services company (5 years). 

In addition to Hobbs Valuation she owns Outlier Properties which restores several houses per year around the Quad Cities. Jenny Hobbs has made the Quad Cities her home for the majority of the last twenty years. She knows the area and is active in the community and church. An avid Hawkeye football fan, Jenny enjoys cheering on the Hawks, walking her rescue dog, Piper, finding new and interesting local eateries, traveling to new places, and appreciating live music.

Cara Casco

Office Support

Born and raised in the Quad Cities, Cara graduated from Moline High School in 2009 and went on to get her certification in Medical Coding & Billing. She has worked in customer service for the last 15 years and has a background in finance. Cara joined the Hobbs Valuation team in January of 2024. She finds purpose in helping others wherever and whenever she can. Cara enjoys both reading and writing poetry. She has three children and spends her free time making memories with her family.

Ashley Larrison

Associate Residential Real Estate Appraiser, Iowa and Illinois

Ashley Larrison started in the real estate appraisal business in 2007 working as a processor. While continuing to stay involved with real estate, she also worked for a new construction home-building company.  Ashley has almost 20 years of experience in real estate and customer service. 

Ashley Larrison enjoys many activities with her family such as camping, fishing, and stock car racing. She also loves to travel and find new and exciting places to visit.

Ann Pelton

Certified Residential Appraiser, Iowa and Illinois 

A University of Iowa graduate, Ann got her start in residential real estate appraisal in southern Florida.  She worked for a valuation company that specialized in high end properties, as well as the condo market for over three years.  Upon moving back to the Quad City area, she helped manage a family business for over 10 years.  For the past few years, she has returned to residential real estate appraisal in the greater Quad Cities market. 

Ann has two teenage sons and enjoys cheering them on in their extracurricular activities.  She also enjoys walking her dog Obi, winter sports, and baking.
